Barhaul’s Steady Expansion Increases

Barhaul in Aberfeldy is moving up in the world, quite literally, with its new scaffold supply and erection division.

After undertaking a number of small contracts around Aberfeldy and Rannoch, Barhaul has made a significant investment in purchasing large quantities of scaffolding. “This investment allows Barhaul to tender for larger projects around Perthshire, while still catering for the smaller jobs”, the manager of scaffolding told Comment.

“We now have a dedicated scaffold crew, capable of erecting scaffolds to the professional level that customers have come to expect from Barhaul’s other activities”, he added.

The company’s latest undertaking has been a complicated scaffold structure around the Crown Hotel, phase one of which has just been completed at the rear of the hotel ( Linda Thomson’s picture above shows Jim Strang in the foreground).

Car Hire Fleet

Barhaul has also recently added two new Citroen Berlingo Multispace cars to expand its range of vehicles for hire. “This expansion in hire fleet means we can now cater for the holiday maker looking to explore the area further-a-field as well as local clients who might need a car for a day, weekend, week or for even longer” reported Jim Strang, manager of the hire department.

“We have been hiring self drive Renault Master vans for over 3 years now and were getting a lot of enquires about car rental so, with the addition of these two cars, we will now be able to satisfy clients demands.”
