Lucy’s New Venture in Dunkeld

“It came unexpectedly, but I am now in business for myself,” Lucy Kidd told Comment.  “After being made redundant from Jody Brown Hair & Beauty, I decided to start up ‘The Rescue Room’ on my own,” she explained.

“My beauty career began 4 ½ years ago at Essential Hair & Beauty, Dunkeld. I began working there part-time while attending Perth College to gain hands on experience and extra training from Gerry Gillies.

“Once I had completed my HNC/HND and also winning student of the year I started work full-time at Essential Hair and Beauty where I also gained training in Jessica nail treatments, St Tropez, Yonka Facial products and Universal Contour wrap.  I am now about to start more training with Germaine De Capuccini facial products which many will know as they were used at Essential Hair and Beauty in the past.”

Lucy is still working in Dunkeld but in a private and quieter location.  The Rescue Room can be reached on foot or by car.  Upon booking clients are given easy directions on how to find her She also works from Bankfoot, and home visits can also be arranged for group bookings.

Treatments

The treatments Lucy offers include:Jessica Manicure & Pedicures (also available with paraffin wax); Electrolysis; St Tropez self tan (manual application); Waxing; Eyelash, Eyebrow Tints; Swedish & Aromatic Massage; Paraffin Wax BNS Massage.  From late May she will be introducing the new facial range Germaine De Capuccini.

“Clients can enjoy a relaxing facial with self-heating mud along their spine and shoulders while these fantastic products work on their face,” enthuses Lucy, pictured above by Linda Thomson.

She can be contacted on 07752816138 (Day time) or 01738 787284 (Evenings)
