Fortingall’s Molteno Hall

Despite the major refurbishment of the hall last year there is still some work to be carried out and fund raising is still proceeding.

On 28 March the Bluemli family from Fortingall sponsored a family Ceilidh and Supper fund raiser.  Over 70 people attended the event including 15 children.  Dancing to Jimmy Lindsay’s band followed a lovely three course meal.  Both young and old joined in and everyone appeared to have a good time.

The hall commitee thanks the Bluemlis yet again for their generosity in sponsoring the event: all the folk who came and made it such a good night, and Morag Tulloch who did all the catering and without whose energy and enthusiasm these events would never have got off the ground!

Fashion Show

The next event at the Hall will be a fashion show by Noa of Aberfeldy, on Friday 16 May at 7.30pm.  This will be a charity event to raise money for CHAS and a good turnout is hoped for.
