Dull: Historical House Locations

There is a current and ongoing debate in Dull village regarding the siting of an historical dwelling beside the existing graveyard and behind the war memorial.

This photograph of Dull circa 1902 seems to show (on the extreme left) that there was a cottage in that location, and it is certainly marked on this 20th century map (a little above the 'ch' in Church and colour- infilled in pink).

What do others think - or know - about this?
